POLICY STATEMENT
It is our object to supply quality products to industry, the education system, the model engineer and home shop machinist at competitive prices.

PRICING
Pricing includes Australian Goods and Services Tax (Inc GST) is for Australian customers and prices excluding GST (Ex GST) are prices for export to other countries.

PAYMENT TERMS
Cash, postal money order, bank cheque, personal cheque (3 days to clear), are all acceptable. We also accept Credit Cards (MasterCard & Visa). We are careful with Credit Card details and for security reasons, we do not store details in a data base therefore you are required to submit details with each order. Credit card details can be sent securely over the internet by using the secure order page on our web site,   www.minitech.com.au  Legal ownership of goods sold remains with Minitech until full payment is made.

FREIGHT
A standard freight charge of $9.45 for 500g's or less, and $12.65 applies to all orders up to 3kgs in weight dispatched via Express Post irrespective of the address in Australia. For cheaper freight or for items over 3kgs, please contact us by email sales@minitech.com.au  We can also arrange delivery of machines, accessories and other heavy items at low cost to most places within Australia. We can arrange delivery of export orders including machines to New Zealand and other neighbouring countries also. Insurance is the responsibility of the purchaser. We will insure consignments at additional cost if requested.

WARRANTY
Warranty is for a period of 12 months and only covers faulty material and faulty workmanship. Warranty does not cover wear, tear, abuse or incorrect use. The cost of freight required to return goods for warranty repair to us is the responsibility of the owner. Any item incorrectly supplied by us will be replaced free of charge. If you purchase an item and it does not come up to your expectation, please call us and we will try to find a satisfactory solution.

NOTES AND WARNINGS
Descriptive notations in our catalogue and on our web site and discussions with staff are offered as a guide only. Purchasers must satisfy themselves as to (a) The suitability of the product for their particular application and (b) The process by which the product is used.
Metal working machines and tools are potentially dangerous, therefore the purchaser of product offered in this catalogue and sold by Minitech Engineering and Model Supply should take every precaution to avoid injury. Books are available for instruction in safe use of metal working machines and tools. Courses of instruction are also offered by many Technical Colleges.
